Do You Have a Question or Concern?
Generally, employees should first go to their supervisors if they have a question or a concern. If for some reason that is not possible or the matter is not resolved, take it up the chain of command or to the appropriate department (i.e. Human Resources, Finance, Legal) or the local Ethics Officers.
If an employee or others prefer to contact the DRS Helpline, they may do so at any time.
How to Contact the DRS Helpline
Hours of Operation: 24/7/365.
Direct Access lines: Callers to these lines will first dial their country's Access Number to connect with the AT&T network. They will then dial the hotline number to connect toll-free with Global Compliance. Direct Access service may not be available from all locations within a country. Please note that the Access Numbers listed below are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of the telecommunications market in many countries. Callers should consult http://www.business.att.com/bt/access.jsp for up-to-date Access Number information for their countries.
