Corporate Social Responsibility

DRS cherishes the communities that support us and is committed to giving our support in return. The DRS Corporate Social Responsibility program supports local and national organizations whose main objective is to help our wounded warriors, their families and caregivers who have sacrificed for our country.

You’re welcome to send requests for support anytime throughout the year. Please submit the following materials to apply:

A brief description of your organization, your mission and the people you serve especially with a focus on:

  • Members of the United States Armed Forces and their families;
  • Improving the education of military children;
  • Health and welfare programs for the benefit of wounded warriors and their families;
  • Community and civic organizations serving DRS site communities;
  • Disaster relief.
  • DRS abides by guidelines that outline organizations that we are not able to serve including:
  • Programs dedicated to the sole support of one individual or family;
  • Religious, fraternal, political or athletic organizations;
  • Research projects;
  • Endowments;
  • General operating expenses;
  • School affiliated sports, orchestras, bands, choirs, drama groups, yearbooks or scholarships (outside of the DRS employee scholarship program);
  • Organizations whose mission is solely outside of the United States;
  • Organizations or events sponsored by organizations that discriminate by race, creed, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, religion or nationality.

Specific items, cash or services requested

Please tell us what you need and how you intend to put our contributions to use.

Your projected outcome for the project

Explain how you will measure your project and what you intend the outcome to be.

Tax exemption documentation

Include your IRC 501(c)(3) or any additional documentation.

What else do you need to know?

You will be required to complete a W-9 form upon acceptance of DRS funding.
